Dear Anthony,

Congratulations! You are the 1st place winner of the iSAW contest!

As part of the prize I promised, I would like to feature you and your winning artwork on the home page of the group, along with a new feature I am rolling out to give you and your creations more exposure for those outside of the group also.

As far as this new feature goes, I would like to get to know a little about you, your views of your own artwork and some of your thoughts behind these creations. Would you be willing to engage in a brief question & answer discussion with me?

My intention for this brief discussion is to put this in a blog, like an interview, so we can all get a sense of the person behind such creations.

If this is ok with you, I will just need a little bit of information which is explained below.

THE QUESTIONS

Q: How would you describe your style of artwork? Being an Engineer, I like to create experimental types of photography shooting styles such as High Speed Water splashes, InfraRed, and HDR.

Q: If you had to choose one of your own artworks as an all-time favourite, which one would it be? 'Floating Water Drop'

Q: Why? First, It was hard to achieve, and very hard to repeat, and second, It represents my style of photography by conveying physics, gravity, chemistry, and precision.

Q: What medium or format did you use to create it? I shot 'Floating Water Drop' with a Nikon DSLR and a Nikon macro lens.

Q: Are you a self taught artist or have you been professionally trained? Mostly self taught, but I did take college courses in photography, and also taught some classes.

Q: In 10 words or less, how would you describe yourself? Creative, Imaginative, Over thinker, detailed oriented

Q: If you had to give one bit of artistic advice, what would it be? Create what you like to do, and channel your uniqueness to your artwork.

WERE ALL DONE!

Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity of getting to know you a little bit and for giving of your time in doing so.

I will let you know when the interview is out and the link to see it for yourself, as well as when you're on the home page of the iSAW group.

All the best.

Regards
Chris
